CARROLL COUNTY STEWARDSHIP
CARROLL COUNTY STEWARDSHIP
The mountains take care of us in a lot of ways. This initiative is about taking care of them in return. Together, we can protect the roads, trails, creeks, towns, farms, and gathering places that make Carroll County feel like home.
Keep Carroll Clean brings residents, newcomers, businesses, schools, organizations, and neighbors together to care for the roadsides, creeks, parks, gateways, and everyday places that make Carroll County feel like home.
Community Care Starts At Home
A cleaner Carroll begins with small choices, shared pride, and people willing to show up for the places we love.

COMMUNITY PLEDGE
The Keep Carroll Clean pledge is for residents, newcomers, families, students, businesses, churches, civic groups, and anyone who believes community pride starts with how we care for the places around us.
A public-facing clean map can help residents identify litter prevention areas, cleanup opportunities, beautification needs, and community wins without making the page feel complaint-driven.

CARROLL COUNTY STEWARDSHIP
Tourism works best when it strengthens the places people call home. Clean trails, healthy waterways, welcoming downtowns, and cared-for backroads all tell visitors something important about who we are.
Keep the language pride-centered, doable, and welcoming. People should feel invited, not scolded.
